We are looking for a mascot for our school library.

You can help us find one by using your imagination and creativity.

It must be a happy, jolly mascot with a funny name, who loves living amongst books and reading.

The only thing you have to do is read the competition rules, let your imagination run wild and start creating.

COMPETITION RULES

1.         Students from 4th, 5th and 6th of primary can take part.

2.         There can be one entry per student.

3.         Your work must be completed on an A4 size paper.

4.         You cannot copy or transfer any already existing creations.

5.         Give your mascot a name.

6.         Write your name and school year on the back of your work and hand it in to your class tutor.

7.         The deadline for handing your work in is the 24th October, International Library Day.

8.         The  winner will be revealed in November.

9.         The jury will be made up by:

Miss Fiona, School Headmistress.

Miss Jenny, Primary tutor and expert in art.

Miss Michelle, Art teacher Secondary 1 and 2.

10.      The piece of work that is chosen as the winner may be modified and ultimately used as the school library logo.

11.      The winner will receive a book prize.
